This week was awsome. maybe the best week i have had
here in Guadalupe. we found new investigators and had tons of lessons
with members. Elder Bennett and I Just feel Great. It was mostly from
saterday, we found everyone and had some amazing lessons. One of the
best things in the world is that we got a new ward mission lider and he
is working his tail off right now. with him we are going to see some
serrious progress here. We feel so blessed to have him as ward mission
lider. Huge blessing.
Oh an even better thing has been a new Enfourcent of a Rule in the
mission. a little bit after i got here to Mexico, president sent an
email saying that he was making an expemption to the rule of not being
able to teach Women alone, that we had permision to do it. but this last
week that has changed and now we can´t teach or visit Sisters from the
ward uless the is a male above 16 years old, even if there are 30 ladys
if there is not a male, we cant teach or ask for referencies.
so what this has ment is that we need help from the Brothers, and
they haveed helped us a lot. this week we lead the Zone in lesson with
members and that is with half days. Good Stuff.
Okay so this
saterday Juan Might get babtized. he went to church this week but got
there late so he just sat outside the chapel cause he was to scared to
go inside. tecnacly he is ready to be babtized but we are going to see
how we feel. i could write so much about this week. we Have to 2 new
investigators that are really good, the Husband went to church for all 3
hours, hes really interesting but hes got potential, his wife is who
really could progress. in our lesson she was asking us how she can know
which chruch is True, or is the True church. But as we tryed to explain
it the member with us kept interupting us and totally ruiended the
lesson, I was so mad. he is such a good Member and helps us so much but
it was an interesting lesson. you gotta love member lessons.
But after that lesson the investigators told us about there next
door neighbor whos mom had just past away and the investigators
themselves brought us to his house and were were able to teach a little
about the plan of salvation and say a prayer, the spirit was definatly
there.
so yeah it was a good week, but we didn´t have as many as people
at church as we wanted so this week we are going to focus on that.
i have so many things i could write about.
Im
really pumped for michelle. My Guess is....... okay i Get 2 guesses
because im a misionary. 1. Canada 2. Texas Spanish speaking. put it on
the map mom. I hope she goes spanish speaking.
speaking of sister missionarys remeber that Rafielo guy thats kinda
crazy, he went to texas for like 2 monthes but elder bennett sent in
his adress to his mission and sure enough 2 sister missionarys showed up
to his daughters house looking for him and tought him and he told us he
knows it is true! wow. they taught him all in english and everything.
Way better teachers than us, the power of sister missionarys. he said
that they were so nice and he loved talking with them. he is moving
there permantely in like 2 weeks so its there babtism. Go Team. Im so
pumped to hear where michelle is going.
really relieved to hear grandpa is doing pretty Good. im still praying for him.
I
hope Everyone had a great thanksGiving. oh yeah so my thanksgivin day
was normal. at night us the secretarys and the assistants Eat turkey
sandwhiches and Apple Pie it was so fun. ill send a picture.
Things are Great I am as happy as can be. really content to be a
missionary. Mom i Really liked your email with things your grateful
for.
I cant think of anything else i need right now package
wise, just Mambas. oh yess and a small Alarm Clock, anything from the
house works.
Dad always love Your Emails. is it bad to pray that we land Jabari?
