8/20/12

Family Clark.
I could start every week saying what a week but this for sure was a week to remember.
The best part of the week was Friday the baptism of Allen, Alonzo and Uriel. It was such a cool experience. I was able to do the ordinance for all 3. know that baptism is really a path toward heavenly father, not just some nice pleasant event, it is something essential. I saw those 3 boys change a lot in about 4 weeks.  They already went back to Reynosa. I hope i get to go back to that same zone later in my mission so maybe I can see them again. I always did the fresh prince hand shake and they loved it so much.
I'll send the picture from the baptism.
Also something great that happened this week was that we received a reference from west mission of somebody that was supposedly really interested and it turned out to be in our area. We had an appointment with her in the church and she is awesome! She accepted a date for the 8th of August. ( ps if you guys haven't figured out I've totally given up on my English spelling). It was an amazing lesson. really powerful lesson. she told us she wants to have a really good relationship with God and Jesus, so we focused on how the church and the restoration aka book of Mormon, prayer and baptism do that.
Elder Bennett is a really good elder, he is super smart and funny, really smart. We get a long really well, he's from sandy.
This week was just crazy. just crazy. Tuesday especially. the transfers killed all of us you have no idea. Then I had to catch up on the financial work that I don't know how to do very well. Teach elder Bennett about materials, lead the area and plan everything, do a ton of the talking, be in charge of ward night Thursday night, coordinate a sudden baptism and you name it. I am really tired but I feel really good! The lord is blessing me with peace. I can feel your prayers for sure. please keep sending them. Someday I'll tell you guys more about this change.
I'm really close with the secretaries and the assistants.
We are almost out of the canicula, it ends like the30th of August. I've held on with the heat so don't worry. I am growing a ton, learning a ton.
Michelle is already in college woooww. we're one of those families that everyone is old. How did that happen. Mom I like your goal. Dad thanks for being amazing and for you email.
Dad the Spanish is good, but yes there has been a lot of English spoken ha. But my Spanish isn't really a problem, its a miracle ha.
Well I have to work on Mondays so I gotta go but I love you all. Keep being amazing.
